    • Process control documentation
    • Rejection analysis and corrective actions
    • Inspection checklists
    • Dimensional inspection and dimensional checklists
    • Customer-end verification
    • Inspection documentation
    • Maintaining and updating QMS records
    • Coordination with Production and Customer Quality teams

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing ProcessesKnowledge of Laser Cutting, CNC/VMC Bending and Welding ProcessesInspection knowledge of TIG, MIG, CO₂ and Laser WeldingSkilled in dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Gauges, etc.Knowledge of Welding Defects and Inspection MethodsKnowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA and Corrective ActionsKnowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemFamiliarity with 7 QC Tools
