1. Job Summary

Nettech India is looking for a skilled and experienced Cyber Security Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, network security, and penetration testing. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with security tools, and the ability to prepare students for industry requirements and cybersecurity career opportunities.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training in cybersecurity concepts and practices.
• Train students in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment.
• Teach network security, system security, web application security, and security fundamentals.
• Conduct practical lab sessions using tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, Wireshark, and Burp Suite.
• Explain common cyber threats, malware, phishing, and security vulnerabilities.
• Teach incident response, security monitoring, and risk management fundamentals.
• Guide students through practical projects, case studies, and simulated security assessments.
• Prepare course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare students for relevant cybersecurity certifications and technical interviews.
• Keep training content updated with current cybersecurity trends and industry practices.

3. Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and network security.
• Understanding of ethical hacking and penetration testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows security, TCP/IP, DNS, and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment and web application security.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, Wireshark, and Burp Suite.
• Understanding of security incident handling and basic digital forensics.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools, such as Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel, is an advantage.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is preferred.

4. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, Security+, or other recognized cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.

5. Experience Required

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, penetration testing, or technical training preferred.
• Candidates with strong practical knowledge and relevant industry experience may also apply.
