Eligibility

• Diploma: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Degree: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Freshers can apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
• Operate and monitor machines as per company procedures.
• Follow production, quality and safety standards.
• Perform basic inspection and quality checks.
• Maintain workplace safety and 5S practices.
• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors and senior staff.
• Maintain proper discipline, attendance and workplace practices.

Salary & Benefits

Diploma Candidates:

₹23,118 per month

• ₹17,668 – In-hand Salary
• ₹5,450 – DBT

Degree Candidates:

₹25,315 per month

• ₹19,165 – In-hand Salary
• ₹6,150 – DBT

Additional Benefits

🏠 Food & Accommodation Allowance may be provided to eligible candidates coming from outside Solapur.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Good discipline and willingness to learn.
• Candidates willing to work in shifts may be preferred.
